Mango1 PC.
Salad (lettuce) 1 package
Nuts (almonds) 200 g
Cranberry (dried) 2 tbsp. l.
Oil (olive oil) 1 tbsp. l.

Salt taste

Instructions

  • Tear the leaves of the lettuce into small pieces. Avocado and mango cut into cubes.
  • Grind the nuts and fry them in a dry frying pan.
  • Mix in a bowl of lettuce, avocado, mango, almonds and cranberries.
  • Prepare a dressing: whisk with oil and vinegar whisk. Salt and season to taste.
  • Season the salad and mix well. Arrange the dish portion wise and decorate the almond petals.
